GoyBot LLC does not and will not offer auto-trading, copy-trading, signal-to-execution integration, broker linking, or any service that ties GoyBot Content to the execution of trades in a subscriber's account. The Content is published. What you do with it is entirely your own decision and your own responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances shall GoyBot LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or any other damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost trading gains, or lost data, arising out of or connected with use of or inability to use the Content, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if GoyBot LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages, GoyBot LLC's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and in no event shall such liability exceed the greater of (a) three times the most recent monthly fee paid by the user to GoyBot LLC or (b) two hundred and fifty U.S. dollars (USD $250).
