Terms of Service

The short version

GoyBot LLC publishes general-circulation educational and informational content about futures, equities, and prediction markets. By using goybot.com, the GoyBot newsletter, GoyBot videos, the GoyBot paid Discord, or any GoyBot paid product:

• You agree to the full Disclosure.
• You agree that all content is general and not personalized advice.
• You agree to ask trade-or-portfolio questions in public channels only.
• You agree that no copy-trading, auto-execution, or broker linking is offered or supported.
• You agree to the limitation of liability and arbitration provisions described in § 12 and § 18 of the full Disclosure.

Seats, billing, and cancellation

Signal-feed access is sold as application-only seats, not open subscriptions. The terms of each seat — billing period, payment method, refund window, and notice required to release the seat — are set out in the individual seat agreement signed at the time of acceptance. Cancellation terminates further billing at the next billing date; no refunds are issued for partial billing periods or for unused portions of a paid period unless explicitly stated in the seat agreement. Paid Discord access is revoked when the seat ends.
